The document pointed out that the “three strong” refers to “a strong regional pull, strong industry competitiveness, and strong fiscal and taxation contribution”. Supporting policies include increasing financial support, providing financing guarantees, supporting enterprise innovation, encouraging enterprise development, focusing on factor resources, consolidating talent support, and optimizing the development environment. Establish a direct contact mechanism for one district leader and one district direct department to help enterprises. Through a series of policies and measures, we will promote enterprises to become stronger and bigger as soon as possible.
