Mr.Diao joined the Group in April 1998 and was appointed as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer respectively on May 26,2021 and July 31,2018. Mr.Diao is mainly responsible for strategic development of the group and operation management of overseas subsidiaries. He has over 20 years experience in business management.

Mr.Diao received a degree of Executive Master of Business Administration from Nanjing University in June 2015.
